LEJOG Stage 4 - Gerald's Puncture

LEJOG Photos Day 1 to 9

Here's just few of our initial photos from the first 9 days of our trip. They are by no means comprehensive but just a quick sift through the ones we've taken so far. Hopefully they'll give you a flavour of what we've been up to!

LEJOG Day 10 - The Day of Rest

So we've made it to Glasgow. Only just in Ray's case! It's been rather hard going but not too far now. Apologies for the lack of blogs. As you can probably imagine our long days and late arrivals has made it rather tough to find the motivation to blog late into the night. Sleep is an important part of an athlete's routine!

We have been able to use twitter so do keep an eye on the feed to the right of this text. Hopefully it will give you a snippet of where we are or how we're feeling.

Training Day 7 - 26th June 2010

A relatively easy going saturday morning ride in South Birmingham, and what looks like it will be our last ride before the main event.....

Training Day 6 - 12th June 2010 - Photos

A relatively impromptu training effort taking on the Peak District.

Training Days 4 and 5 - Yarmouth, Norwich, Lowestoft and The Broads - 29/30 May 2010 - Photos

A weekend away in Norfolk for our final team training trip, to make sure we know what we've gotten ourselves into!

The Route!

The complete route has now gone up! Feel free to check it out:

Training Day 3 - Hollywood! - 8 May 2010

OK not quite, but Nav and Gerald found some time to do a short training run of 22 miles.
